It is the policy of Secure Servers to always ask our customers when we
need personal information that identifies them. Usually, personal
information is only required when customers choose to register for
products and services, enter a contest or sweepstakes, join a restricted
access area of our site, or request e-mail newsletters or updates. Secure
Servers uses customer information to make our site easier to use, more

telephone, fax or email their card information to us. Furthermore, order
information, purchase history, and merchant accounts are protected by a
password that our customers set. If customers forget their password, we
will first verify their identity and then email their password to the
email address they have listed in their Secure Servers account.
Payment Methods
Secure Servers provides several easy ways for our customers to complete
their transactions. All product and service orders will be confirmed by
e-mail when they have been processed. Furthermore, customers can track the
status of their purchase orders by using their passwords to access their
personal accounts. If customers choose to provide Secure Servers with
credit card information via fax or telephone, or to pay by check or money
order, we will send them an email when their order has been processed. If
customers choose to pay by check, Secure Servers will hold your payment
for 10 days before releasing your order.
Customer Profiles
Secure Servers uses the latest technology to ensure that every customer
has an accurate and personalized profile. We do this by assigning each
registered customer a personal identification number. This personal
identification number is then sent back to our customers' hard drives in
the form of a cookie, or a small bit of personalized code. This cookie
allows Secure Servers to make sure that customers have a profile that is
unique and relevant to their needs. This means that even if our customers
switch computers they will not have to re-register. They simply can use
their personal password to identify themselves.
Changes to our Policy
